Shipping Policy : All products will be Shipped from India. We Ship to all states and cities across India and International destinations like USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand , Singapore and Malaysia. On special request through email (to info@subahethnicwear.com). We will consider delivering to any accessible destination across the world. All shipments would be delivered within 48-72 hrs across India excluding weekends and holidays. Any deliveries required on specific days and Saturdays should be pre-approved by us through email. Shipping cost includes insurance to avoid any losses in transit. If there is a loss or damage in transit, customer is responsible to contact the courier company to get a refund (we will email the shipping receipt). Customer would be notified through email as soon as the product is handed over to courier. We will provide you with the tracking number and info about where you can check the package details. Any change in the shipping address cannot be made once the order is registered as we ship the available products immediately. However you may send an address alteration request through email to info@subahethnicwear.com, we will process the request if possible, but in any case inform you the of decision of the company through email / phone as chosen by the customer. In case of any incorrect information mentioned by the customs either address or any other details, the company will not be liable for any loss caused. All the products are packed in polythene bags and then in a box and shipped properly to avoid any damage in transit from our side. Any delay in shipping due to the unavailability of the product-or courier agency side will be notified to the customers immediately through email. Please note that the shipping time mentioned on the website is based on approximate estimate and sometimes subject to changes. Thereby no return, refund or exchange will be done based on this reason.
Note: Customer is responsible for any customs duties imposed by their respective countries.
Privacy Policy : All the information provided to us would only be used to process the order and any concerns related to the respective older. All the information would be used lawfully. Customers information would not be sold, exchanged or used for any other purposes. And any further correspondence such as business mail or company updates would only be sent with customers consent.
Payment and Billing : We accept payment only through PayPal. If you would like to pay cash on pickup (Hyderabad) from our store or send money through Bank Transfer, please call us at 9573669899 before placing an order.
All the orders will be processed and items delivered only after the payment is approved. If any order is canceled, the customer will be notified within 48 hrs of placing the older and thereafter it will be customers responsibility to place the order again.
Returns Policy: No returns or exchanges as all orders are custom stitched.
